Our pure, crystal clear pharmaceutical white mineral oils - paraffinum subliquidum and perliquidum - meet the latest international Pharmacopoeia standards like the Ph. Eur., USP and JP, ... They are conform with the national purity standards of the BP, DAB and the French Codex.

Our white pharmaceutical oils meet the FDA 21 CFR 172.878 directive and 21 CFR 178.3620(a) for the direct contact with foods and USDA H1, the standard for lubricants in the food industry.

We only work with pure high-grade base materials. Our pharmaceutical white oils are during the purification process stripped from all foreign materials, such as aromatics and other unsaturated hydrocarbon compounds which make them very suitable for the most finest applications by our clients.

Applications

How do you use these white oils ?

in pharmaceutics and cosmetics as a basis for baby oils and lotions, nose and throat sprays, laxatives and vaccines.
They also serve as an extrusion additive in the production of cigarette filters.
In the plastics and rubber industry, they are added as ‘plastic oil’ to the production of polystyrene (PS), high impact polystyrene (HIPS), polyolefines, thermoplastic elastomers and various other polymers in order to control the plasticity of the final polymer product.
These oils are also utilized as an internal or external lubricant in PS, PVC, PP, PE, TPE and many other polymer formulations. In respect of the foodstuffs applications, these plastic oils are in conformity with European Directive 2002/72/EC with ref. 95883.
